How do I send my photos?

After you pay, we contact you within 24 hours. Send a few clear photos on WhatsApp or email, and tell us anything else you have in mind.

Can I ask for something not listed?

Yes. Tell us in the form or when we talk. If it's personal and about your celebration, we'll try to make it.

How long does it take?

Usually 3–5 days after we have your photos and details. Tell us your event date and we'll plan around it.

What if you can't take my order?

If we can't make it for you, we refund the full amount.
